Mala Herba Orange
The xarel·lo to make this wine comes from the Viña Tardía around 300 m of altitude in the Alt Penedès Montserratí.
We make the wines in a winery located in the middle of the town of Sant Llorenç d'Hortons, in an old cellar recovered almost one hundred years ago. With sectional cement cups and underground as the main element of elaboration.
We make this traditional "brisat" in a natural way, with a manual harvest in 250 kg containers. Entry of the grapes into a clay jug with all the rapa and all the skin to ferment spontaneously and at a controlled temperature. Aging with all the rapa and skin until the end of the year. Subsequent pressing to extract the flower wine and return it to the clay jug to age until the beginning of spring.
We bottle without any intervention or addition, in a descending moon.
Precipitations and cloudy appearance may appear, denoting respectful processing and are a good sign of authenticity.
