We begin with a tour of the estate to understand how we cultivate the vines, orchard, apiary, and animals in a biodynamic and regenerative manner, discovering how we coexist with nature and how we work biodynamically. We continue with a tasting of five wines at the winery, explaining their entire production process, and conclude the experience with a gastronomic menu at the BO Wine Bar, where the estate's products will be the centerpiece, following the "farm to table" philosophy.
